Peak-hour reliability: test the connection
Cross-border access passes through your local network, transit nodes, and international gateways; congestion anywhere along the route can affect performance. VPNGZ offers international routes for different needs. During peak hours, compare how your target sites load and how well requests hold up on the same network, then keep a preferred exit. Route names are no substitute for real-world testing, and a closer location is not always the better choice. If performance fluctuates, check your local connection first, then try another route in the same region rather than switching regions repeatedly. Reliability varies with time and network conditions; continuous connectivity is not guaranteed.
No logging: policies and limitations
VPNGZ follows a no-logs service policy. No email address is required to create an account; just choose a username and password. Privacy also depends on your device, client, and the sites you visit. Treat your subscription link as an account credential: use it only in your own client, and never post it publicly or include it in screenshots. A network service's logging policy is separate from the data a website collects. When signing in to a third-party account, review that platform's privacy policy too. Check VPNGZ's privacy policy to understand the service's approach; a network connection does not make you anonymous.
Unlimited devices: set up each one you use
Use as many devices online at once as you need, and switch between desktop and mobile. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Import your subscription into the client for each platform, then check that the intended route is selected. Device limits and plan data are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Video, file transfers, and background sync all use data. Check your usage in the dashboard and configure rules according to your client's instructions. When setting up a new device, get the configuration from the dashboard rather than reusing an old link from an unknown source.
AI Tools: keep your exit and routing rules consistent
Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Cursor may have their own region, account, and network requirements. Check which regions each platform supports, choose an appropriate exit, and confirm that your browser, command line, or editor plugin follows the intended rules. A site loading in your browser does not mean a plugin or API uses the same route. If streaming output stalls, distinguish local connection issues from platform rate limits. VPNGZ provides a network path; it does not provide third-party account eligibility or paid access. For troubleshooting, start with the AI acceleration guide and check each access method in turn.
Streaming: check availability on each platform
Streaming catalogs and playback rights depend on platform region rules, account status, and licensing. After choosing a route, try the specific title you want to watch and check playback, audio and subtitle tracks, and picture quality rather than judging availability by the home page alone. High-resolution playback can also be affected by local Wi-Fi, device decoding, and other traffic. VPNGZ provides routes in multiple regions but does not guarantee that every exit will always work with every platform. If picture quality drops, pause background transfers, compare routes in the same region, and note the platform's exact message for troubleshooting.
14-day no-questions-asked refund: check the terms first
VPNGZ offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Before choosing a plan, consider the platforms you use, expected data usage, and billing type. After getting started, test the connection on the devices, networks, and apps you actually use. A monthly plan suits regular use; non-expiring data bundles suit occasional access. Their data terms differ. To request refund assistance, submit a ticket through the user dashboard with the relevant order details. Never share your password or full subscription link on a public page. Read the Terms of Service for the exact refund terms; a refund policy is not a guarantee of third-party platform availability.
Route preview / Regions and exits
Popular regions and transit routes
100+ countries / 180+ routes. Choose a region based on your target service, then compare actual connection performance within that region.
The table below illustrates popular route regions and cities; it is not a fixed list of available routes. Check the user dashboard for the route types, names, and exits currently available. The streaming notes explain how to test a platform, not guarantee compatibility. Distance is only one factor when choosing a route; the target website's regional requirements may matter more.

Confirm the region, then check connection performance
If a service has specific regional requirements, check its rules before choosing an exit. For everyday browsing, start with a familiar region and observe page loading, file transfers, and session stability. Keep your local network and app settings consistent during tests; otherwise, it is hard to tell whether a change came from the route or your device. Once you find a suitable exit, save it as a favorite. That makes troubleshooting easier than switching regions every time you connect.
Handle subscription updates and route changes separately
A subscription imports route configurations into your client; selecting a route chooses the path your traffic takes. If routes are missing or their names have changed, update the subscription first. If only one app is having trouble, check whether the rules cover that app. Repeatedly importing the subscription is not a universal fix. For setup steps, see the getting started guide. For route details and regional options, continue to the full routes page.
Route status reference
These status components provide route reference information; they are not results measured from your device. Choose routes based on how they perform in the app you want to use.
Monthly plans from ¥9.9/month. Choose a monthly data allowance for regular use, or non-expiring data for occasional use.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on a fixed calendar date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Consider how you use the connection: browsing and documents, extended video playback, and file transfers all use different amounts of data. Device count does not limit your plan; all plans allow unlimited devices online at once.
60GB monthly plan
¥9.9/month
A good starting point for everyday browsing, research, and light tool use. Check your actual usage to decide whether you need a higher tier.
Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Your payment method does not change the plan's data or device terms. Before checkout, confirm the billing type and selected tier. Once activated, get your subscription from the user dashboard and import it into your client. If you are not sure where to start, read the guide for the full process. The main “Start Free” button takes you to the account flow; it does not mean paid plans include extra free data.
Start by checking how to get set up and what to expect. For client-specific steps, see the guides. Submit a ticket through the user dashboard for order or connection issues.
Do I need an email address to create an account?
No email address is required; just choose a username and password. Keep your account details safe, and never share your login password or subscription link. You can access your account and download clients from the user dashboard; the marketing site provides information about routes, plans, and setup. Before configuring a device, read the getting started guide for the right import steps. If you have trouble accessing your account, use the help options available in the dashboard. Do not post screenshots containing credentials in public forums.
Are both device count and data unlimited?
You can have unlimited devices online at once, but data is limited by the plan you choose. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB, resetting each month on your activation date. Data bundles remain valid until used up and do not expire. Background sync on desktop, video playback, and file downloads all count toward usage. If you use several devices, keep an eye on the remaining data shown in the dashboard. Choose a data tier based on your usage, not the number of devices.
How do I import a subscription link?
Open the user dashboard and get your configuration from the subscription section, then follow your client's instructions to import it. Update the route list, choose a region, and check the client's connection and routing rules. A subscription link syncs configuration; it is not a web address to share publicly. If importing fails, first check your account's subscription status and make sure the link is complete, then review the client message. If only one site is having trouble, check its regional requirements and your routing rules instead of deleting all your configurations.
If I connect successfully, will AI tools and streaming definitely work?
Not necessarily. A network connection is only one part of access; third-party platforms may also check account region, subscription eligibility, content rights, and usage rules. Choose a region supported by the platform, then test the feature with your own account. AI websites, APIs, and editor plugins may use different network paths; streaming home pages and individual titles may have different access rules. See the ChatGPT access guide and the streaming availability guide for checks specific to each use case. A working route does not guarantee platform eligibility.
How do I request a refund, and what payment methods are accepted?
VPNGZ offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. To request a refund, submit the relevant order details through the ticket section of the user dashboard. See the Terms of Service for the full terms. If you are also reporting a connection issue, include the client name, selected region, and error message to help distinguish an order issue from a setup issue. Before sending, hide sensitive information such as your account password and subscription link. Contact support through the dashboard; never post credentials on a public page.
Understand the terms, then test your connection from end to end.
Setup guides walk you through configuration; explainers cover how to evaluate it. When something goes wrong, note the app, client message, and selected region, then check the relevant steps in the articles. This usually narrows down the issue faster than reinstalling repeatedly. Starting with client installation, this guide covers subscription import, VPN permissions, and battery settings. Then test with a real app to confirm the connection is active and distinguish an imported profile from one in use.
